In the spirit of tutorial-driven holidays, the successor to the Twelve Days of NESmas is here.
13 Bytes of October is the Halloween-themed tutorial series by Joe Granato, the main man behind NESmaker. Like the Twelve Days of NESmas, this thirteen-episode tutorial series will guide new users through the software and developing games using NESmaker. But fear not (or do, since it’s basically Halloween after all), as there also will be some interesting stuff to pick for more seasoned NESmaker developers.
You can visit the 13 Bytes of October playlist at YouTube. And if you really want to follow along, download the accompanying project files from the tutorial page. At the time of writing , two episodes have been released, with eleven more to follow this month. The playlist has also been embedded here for your viewing ease.
